Dreamy upside down Moss Agate Ring

This ring is one of my favorites. It is a whimsical ring and I enjoyed making it very much. The rose cut stone (a dreamy moss agate) is placed upside down. I just couldn’t help myself and felt that it just had to be set exactly as I did. The stone itself has a diameter of 5.5 mm. It’s set in a nice and shiny setting, surrounded by a couple of granules. The ringband has been given a satin finish. It’s all about contrast and that just makes this ring stand out. The ring is 4 mm wide and the ring has a European ring size of 17.5.

Zonder twijfel is deze ring één van mijn favorieten. Alles klopt: hij is niet te grof, draagt heerlijk, en toch gebeurt er van alles. De steen is heel bijzonder door zijn roos geslepen vorm. Daarnaast heb ik ervoor gekozen om deze mosagaat, met een doorsnede van 5,5 mm, op zijn kop te zetten. Dit klopte helemaal bij mijn ontwerp. De steen is gezet in een mooie glanzende gladomzetting en wordt aan weerskanten versierd met zilveren bolletjes, ook wel granules genoemd. De ringband heeft een satijnen finish gekregen. Ik vind hem prachtig en ik hoop jij ook. Helemaal handgemaakt, met heel veel liefde. De ring zelf is 4 mm breed en de ringmaat is 17.5.
